Greek Salad

Ingredients:

3-4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves (Washed & Chopped)

1/3 of a cucumber

1/2 of a tomato

1 slice of red olive (Chopped)

1/2 Can of Sliced Olives (Drained)

2-3 Grilled Chicken Tenderloins (Chopped)

Handful of Feta Cheese

Trader Joe’s Feta Greek Style Dressing or can use any other dressing

Instructions:

Season chicken tenderloins with salt & pepper. place pan on stove with olive oil and bring to medium heat. add in seasoned chicken and saute for 3-4 minutes. Then turn over chicken with tongs & cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked all the way through. Assemble romaine on a plate, add sliced tomato, cucumber, olives, red onion, grilled chicken, & feta cheese. drizzle dressing on top and serve!
