Open Faced Prosciutto Panini Sandwich

Open faced prosciutto panini sandwich

Ingredients:

2 Slices of Sourdough Whole Wheat Bread (Trader Joe’s)

Spicy or whole grain mustard

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 Avocado (Sliced)

4 Slices of Prosciutto

Handful of Arugula Salad Leaves

Lemon Juice

Kosher Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

Toast 2 slices of bread. While toasting slice avocado. as bread starts to turn light brown I pull out of the toaster, layer on whole grain or spicy mustard, add on avocado, shredded mozzarella cheese, and prosciutto then put back in for 2-3 minutes until cheese starts to melt & PROSCIUTTO starts to look slighter darker. from there squeeze fresh lemon juice on top & sprinkle with arugula & salt & Pepper.
