Rice Noodle Casserole

rice noodle casserole

Ingredients:

1/4 lb of Butter

1 Package Egg Fine Noodles (Uncooked)

2 Cups Instant Brown Rice (Uncooked)

2 Cans of Onion Soup (20 oz)

2 Cans of Chicken Broth (20 oz)

4 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 Can of Water Chestnuts (8 oz, Drained)

1 Can of Sliced Mushrooms (8oz, Drained)

Instructions:

preheat oven to 350 degree’s. Melt Butter in a large Deep SKillet. add uncooked noodles & rice. cook until lightly to medium browned, stirring frequently. add all remaining ingredients, onion soup, chicken broth, soy sauce, water chestnuts, & sliced mushrooms. stir in well and move to a large casserole dish. bake for 45 minutes and ensuring most liquid evaporates.
