Weekend Breakfast Quiche

Ingredients:

2 Pre-Made Pie Dough’s

6 Eggs

3/4 Cups Heavy Cream

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Pepper

Mix In’s:

1 & 1/2 cups Breakfast Ham (Diced)

2 Green Onions (Chopped)

1 Green Pepper (Chopped)

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Other Mix In’s Ideas:

Broccoli, Bacon or Sausage, Cheddar Cheese

Broccoli, Bacon or Sausage, Tomato

Bacon or Sausage, Cheddar Cheese, Monterrey Jack Cheese

Spinach, Tomato, Greek Olives, Feta Cheese

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degree’s. Take out pie crust and bake in oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. While pie crust is baking saute ham, green pepper, & onion in a pan. Once browned, Scatter mix in’s (ham, green pepper, onion) on the bottom of the pie crust. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, & pepper. Pour egg mixture over filling in pie crust. Return to the oven to bake.

Bake for 40 minutes until center is set & top is golden brown.

Cool for 5-10 minutes & serve.
