Grandma Ann's Blintze Souffle

Our grandma was the best baker & cook! She used to do cooking lessons with me when I was listed so I learned how to make a bunch of her recipes!

Grandma Ann’s Blintze Souffle

Ingredients:

2 Packages of Frozen Cheese Blintze (Defrosted)

1 & 1/2 Cups of Sour Cream

6 Egg’s (Beaten)

3 Tablespoons Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

1 Tablespoon Orange Juice

1/2 Stick of Butter

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 Degree’s and greased a 9 x 13 casserole or pyrex. melt butter in a bowl in the microwave. dip & coat each blintze in the melted butter and place in the casserole or pyrex dish. beat eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and orange juice in a separate bowl. pour beaten mixture over all the blintze’s.

bake for 45 minutes & serve!

If there are left overs you can always freeze!
