Summer Crab Dip

Ingredients:

1 Package Imitation Crab Meat (Shredded)

1 Package of Cream Cheese (Softened)

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Minced Onion

1 teaspoon Kosher Salt

1 teaspoon Grounded Black Pepper

1/2 Bottle of Hoffman’s Cocktail Sauce

Instructions:

Shred imitation crab meat in a blender, food processor, or using a hand mixer. mix in cream cheese, garlic powder, minced onions, kosher salt, ground pepper and shape into a ball. place on a platter then our sauce over cream cheese & crab ball. cover all the way & serve.

If you are preparing in advance and serving later hold off on sauce and cover with saran wrap and place in fridge. when taking out of the fridge then pour the sauce over.
